1. GARAGE BAYS
I’m not completely sure what to suggest in this location. It was mentioned on the call that they may have a plan for these service bays alreaddy but it seems that this East side of level 1 is pretty shut-off from the rest of the concourse. What should we do around this area?

3. 7TH FLOOR PREMIUM CLUB
4. CONCESSION TRADE DRESS UPGRADE - SECTION 18 - FIELD SIDE (SHALLOW)
As discussed on the call, the field side spaces are especially constricted by the seating above and are very shallow. I think there is still a really good opportunity to upgrade the trade dress and provide some new concepting into these areas as they are very visible and central in the concourse.
5. CONCESSION MARKET/MASHGIN OPPORTUNITY - SECTION 16 - OPPOSITE SIDE (DEEP)
There are a number of these concession spaces opposite the field side. These spaces are not encumbered by the restrictive ceilings of the opposite side. I think this outside-edge of the concourse could be conceived as the fast-lane…walk out markets or self checkout, mobile carts, etc
6. VARIOUS CART OPPORTUNITIES INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
There are a lot of interior and exterior opportunities for an upgraded cart or portable program. There could be quite a few outdoor opportunities to activate with portables around the stadium.
7. Courtside Club at Breslin
I believe this is the area in plan but i am not 100% sure. This area could be cleaned up to a premium space for courtside guests.
8. High Speed Beverages at Breslin
The belly-up model and excessive queuing seems like this is an opportunity for a JWO or some sort of beer/alcohol walk-through market. I’m not sure if this is something we are considering but it caught my eye.
