Bedroom The main bedroom has a queen bed, space for 2 nighstands, and large dresser. he under-roof staorage remains on the left side of this image. You can see the pop-out of the new dorner to the right side of the beam and of this image peaking into the new bathroom.
Landing When you get to the top of the new stair we have increased the size of the landing a bit. From here you can see into the main bedroom as well as peak into the office which is inthe old dormer location.
Peek-a-boo light Here you can see the clerestory light which is the same as what you currently have but only exists where the dormers don’t overlap
NEW CLOSET The entire right side of the new dormer is a built-in closet.
New Dormer This view looks out of the window of the new dormer and showes the space for a dressser (maybe tv wall if you are interested) on the right. You can see a new skylight from the dormer into the main bedroom centered on the door.
Light This room can have the new skylight, ambient light from the open door into the new dormer, the existing window over the bed, and a small clerestory light above and behind th ebeam
NEW BATHROOM A new bathroom a makes up half of the dormer with a porthole window for additional light
CHILD’S ROOM The second room doesn’t change too much from what it is currently. The bathroom remains the same and a built-in desk/bookshelf area fills in new wall against the stairway
CHILD’S ROOM There is a new closet to the left of the door and the existing low storatge under the roof line from before. Here you can peek through to the other room.
